Data Controller
Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), a company established and operating under Irish law (Registration number: 368047), with registered office in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland is appointed EXTERNAL DATA PROCESSOR with reference to the processing carried out by him (cloud data management for Google Forms and associated services), based on articles. 4 and 28 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and the regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

Types of Data provessed and Purpose of the Processing
The data processed includes the interested party's name and surname, street address, email other information necessary for billing.
Data sent will be used for the sole purpose of allowing the traceability of those present and allowing the organization of individual events.

Consequences of Failure in Personal Data Communication
The communication of all the data required for registration is mandatory for the aforementioned purposes.
Therefore, failure to communicate the data will make impossible to participate to the event.

At any time you can access the information concerning you and request its updating, rectification and integration, as well as its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking. You may also object to the processing in whole or in part.
