Data Controller

Google Ireland Limited (“Google”), a company established and operating under Irish law (Registration number: 368047), with registered office in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland is appointed EXTERNAL DATA PROCESSOR with reference to the processing carried out by him (cloud data management for Google Forms and associated services), based on articles. 4 and 28 of the European Regulation 679/2016 and the regulations regarding the protection of personal data.

Types of Data provessed and Purpose of the Processing

The data processed includes the interested party's name and surname, street address, email other information necessary for billing. 

Data sent will be used for the sole purpose of allowing the traceability of those present and allowing the organization of individual events.

The email address is required in order to be able to contact the user and respond to their requests.

Data Processing and Access to Data

The Google service includes a suite of applications connected to the Gmail email account, including Google Cloud Platform (cloud document repository and storage), Documents, Sheets, Forms and other applications from Google and its partners which we use to create, store and manage documents and attachments.

Communications addressed directly or indirectly to the Owner are managed by Google servers.

The protocols on which information passes over the network and data is stored is the HTTPS protocol (HyperText Transfer Protocol over SSL), a variant of the HTTP protocol which uses, in addition to TCP/IP, the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) level which encrypts incoming and outgoing data through a mathematical algorithm.

The owner accesses the Google account using a password.

We inform you that the data you voluntarily provide through the Registration Form will be transformed into an email which may possibly be stored within the email reception system used by the site owner.

This data will not be recorded on other media or devices, nor will other data deriving from your browsing on the site be recorded.

Data Retention Period 

The personal data collected for registration for the specific event will be kept for the period necessary to carry out the management activities of the event itself.

After this deadline, the data will be deleted or made anonymous, unless their further conservation is necessary to fulfill legal obligations or to fulfill orders from public authorities, or to protect a legitimate interest of the Data Controller (defense in court).

Consequences of Failure in Personal Data Communication

The communication of all the data required for registration is mandatory for the aforementioned purposes.

Therefore, failure to communicate the data will make impossible to participate to the event.

Rights of Interested Parties

At any time you can access the information concerning you and request its updating, rectification and integration, as well as its cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking. You may also object to the processing in whole or in part.
